How is a division lead?
The leadership core of a division is composed of a single member as the division leader and several members as officers. The division leader and the officers are usually referred to as ”officers” as a whole. The responsibilities of a divisions officers are limited to, and within the game the division is tied to; their responsibilities do NOT extend to other divisions and their games.
Each division has internal memberships/ranks that reflect the active members within the division. You can be a member in one division and an officer in another division; the ranks do not carry over to other divisions. The internal memberships/ranks of each division comes with different perks as well, including but not limited to things such as: access to the guild bank, capability of leading raids/operations and various other jobs or tasks. The perks and rules of the memberships/ranks are decided by the officers of the division in question; by being a member of said division you have accepted these conditions.
